I believe in Christianity as I believe that the sun has risen: not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else." –C.S. Lewis
Tennent Media is comprised of students in partnership with Christian alumni of Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Penn, Princeton, and Yale. The mission of the organization is to broadly publicize the remarkable life, teachings, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The organization is named after William Tennent, a Presbyterian minister in the early 1700’s who operated a school for itinerant evangelists in Neshaminy, Pennsylvania called the Log College. At his death, it was recognized that a new school needed to be established, so Jonathan Dickinson established the College of New Jersey in Elizabeth, New Jersey in 1746, later moving it to Princeton, New Jersey. The college was renamed “Princeton University” in 1896. More information can be found at http://www.christianunion.org/university/resources/tennent-media.
